A) The effects of electrical transcutaneus neurostimulation on the angiogenic factors and its impact in the quality of life of patients with skin ulcers caused by vascular-cutaneous deficiency of the leg.

OBJECTIVE : To compare the affectivity of the conventional conservative treatment with and without electrical transcutaneus stimulation with Sinapsis 4.0 in the clinical evolution and impact in the quality of life of patients with venous ulcers in the lower extremities, studying the alterations of the angiogenic factors involved in the healing process of the wounds treated with these therapies.
B) Efficiency in the treatment of diabetic peripheral sensitive neuropathy deficiency: transcutaneous neurostimulation vs. placebo
